The state-owned stages include the Friedrichstadtpalast, the Deutsche Oper Berlin, the Deutsche Theater, the Komische Oper, the Konzerthaus am Gendarmenmarkt, the Maxim-Gorki-Theater, the Staatsballet Berlin, the Staatsoper Unter den Linden, the Theater an der Parkaue and the Volksbühne.
